These are all promoting higher standards of practice around performance and accountability.
Values-based leadership is also becoming a critical part of leadership consciousness as the world of work becomes increasingly complex, and the expectation of leaders to be more customised to the individual. By working from a values base, the leader can refine and adjust behaviour and methodology to the situation and stay true to their own integrity and the values of the Organisation.
How we Work
Simply put, it’s a co-design process. We want to know your Why [objectives] and What [outcomes]. Understanding these and listening to your stories around your current reality, informs the design of a DRAFT How [method/process]. That leads us into the next stage of conversation and confirmation.
